Job title: Business Development Manager

Location: Poland / EU countries

Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s clinical research services across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and executes business development strategies to expand the company’s clinical research services.
  • Identifies potential clients, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Drives the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Collaborates with internal teams (Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Project Management) to align business development efforts with company capabilities.
  • Supports the development and growth of profitable new business opportunities.
  • Maintains and develops organizational culture, values, and company reputation internally and externally.
  • Represents the company to potential clients and partners.
  • Participates in external conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Job title: Clinical Data Management Specialist

Location: Poland / EU countries

Clinical Data Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical data through effective data management processes, system oversight, and compliance with regulatory standards across the entire data lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the design, setup, maintenance, and review of CRF/eCRF data structures and data workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Develops, documents, and implements Data Management Plans (DMPs) and related documentation with a strong focus on quality control and process improvement.
  • Conducts data cleaning activities, query management, and discrepancy resolution to deliver high-quality and reliable datasets.
  • Performs ongoing quality monitoring of entered data, identifies inconsistencies, and proposes process improvements.
  • Manages daily operations of electronic data capture (EDC) systems and liaises with vendors to ensure smooth and compliant data flow.
  • Collaborates with Biostatistics, Medical Writing, CRO partners, and internal clinical teams to ensure data integrity and aligned deliverables.
  • Supports audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting activities.
  • Ensures compliance with ICH-GCP, GVP, FDA/EMA regulations, and internal SOPs.
  • Participates in cross-functional meetings to address data quality issues and implement best practices.
  • Engages in continuous professional development in clinical data quality, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes.

General Requirements:

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biostatistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical trial data management, safety, or related data quality roles.
  • Good understanding of EDC systems, query management, and data cleaning processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Quality-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve processes.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a CRO, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Familiarity with CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to quality assurance, audits, or process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, and oversees the company’s marketing and PR strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensures consistent and engaging brand messaging across all channels.
  • Monitors market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Leads the creation and execution of content strategies across digital platforms, including LinkedIn, website, paid campaigns, and other communication channels.
  • Oversees the design and production of high-quality marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, roll-ups, infographics, and branded documents.
  • Manages the content and campaign calendar, ensuring timely and impactful execution.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with media, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develops and implements PR campaigns and outreach initiatives.
